Permit work requires lane/ramp closures in Jackson County for Litter pick up, Oct. 6-9
JACKSON COUNTY – Permit work by the Community Improvement District will be conducting several lane/ramp closures throughout Jackson County beginning on Tuesday, October 6th until Thursday, October 8th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. each day for litter pick up. Motorists may experience delays. Please see below for traffic modifications:
Tuesday, October 6th through Thursday, October 8th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
- Crews will close the inside and outside lanes of Interstate 29 at Front St
Wednesday, October 7th through Friday, October 9th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
- Crews will close the inside and outside lanes of EB/WB I-670 from Troost Ave. to State Line
Thursday, October 8th through Friday, October 9th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
- Crews will close the inside and outside lanes of the Lewis and Clark bridge to I-70
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
